Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Ripple (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Lior Nisimov (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Description of service
Ripple is a cross-posting tool that allows you to publish content to multiple social media platforms simultaneously from a single interface. The Service requires you to connect your own social media accounts and is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Ripple, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Service complies with any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at rippleit.io@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not share your account with others, create accounts by automated means, or use the Service to impersonate any person or entity.
5. Connected social accounts
To use the Service, you will connect third-party social media accounts (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, and others). By connecting these accounts you authorise us to publish content on your behalf using the permissions you grant.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of those platforms complies with their respective terms of service. We are not liable for any action taken by a third-party platform against your account.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Post spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls of the Service or connected platforms.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
7. Your content
You retain all ownership of the content you create and publish through Ripple. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to transmit that content to the social platforms you select, solely as necessary to provide the Service. We do not use your content for any other purpose, including training AI models.
8. Subscription and billing
The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis. Pricing is displayed on the website. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to active subscribers.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel or update your subscription at any time via the billing portal in your account settings.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
9. Availability and modifications
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice and a pro-rata refund for any unused subscription period.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that posts will be delivered successfully to all platforms, or that any particular result will be achieved.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or platform account suspension. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, except where prohibited by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
